Notice that there are two signatures.

One is Stan Gladback’s.

Gladback is the parent and District 300 Citizens Financial Advisory Committee member who was banned from all school properties.

Probably illegally.

The other signature is fellow Freedom of Information filer Paula Calendo

Calendo walked out of the District 300 office with what she came for.

Gladbach was told to make an appointment.

Could anyone tell me where in the Freedom of Information Act it says that a petitioner must make an appointment to pick up public information?
