One of the most active chapters of the Illinois Libertarian Party—the Fox Valley Libertarian Party—seems to have signed on with Republican Party Presidential candidate Ron Paul.

Paul, a physician and congressman from Texas, is probably the oldest of the GOP candidates.

Paul has been given short shrift at the presidential debates, but in network internet polls afterward, he has done extraordinarily well.

Instead of entering Crystal Lake’s 4th of July Parade, the group marched in Elgin this year.

From the photos a member has supplied me, it looks like a Ron Paul for President contingent.
