At Tuesday night’s meeting of the McHenry County College Board, Frances Glosson, made temporary board president by reason of Scott Summers’ resignation, was replaced by George Lowe.

Summers resigned right after he was censured by his fellow board members for expressing doubts about the financial feasibility of the baseball stadium he had previously supported.

Lowe, who was serving as board secretary, was replaced by Carol Larson.

Lowe has previously served as board president
