Hillary Clinton didn’t carry the women’s vote in Iowa, according to ABC, and she didn’t get the 8th congressional district’s female United States representative’s support either.

While one could say that Melissa Bean is only supporting the hometown boy and her own United States senator, she appears to have placed a better bet so far than McHenry County’s Democratic Party State Representative Jack Franks.

Franks is co-chairman of Hillary Clinton’s Illinois campaign.

Bean is in Charleston, SC, for the Dorchester County Democratic Party Breakfast on Friday morning “to talk about why U.S. Sen. Barack Obama is the one candidate who can unify America to deliver change we can believe in,” according to the Charleston City Paper.
