Dick Tracy Does More Than Throw His Hat in the Ring
That’s what Heck of a Guy blogger, Crystal Lake resident Allan Showalter says.
Not in so many words. He writes,
“Dick Tracy doesn’t just throw his hat in the ring –
“He wears it there.”
The ring, of course, is the one around the symbol that the McHenry County Board will select to replace what’s copied from the State of Illinois seal.
