The Northwest Herald’s Crystal Lindell has written a story about the new Wonder Lake Village Hall.
It stands across from a subdivision with a lot of lots, but not many homes.
The most interesting information I found in the article was the following:
“The project primarily was funded with loans taken out in anticipation of impact fees, said Village President Tony Topf.”
I wonder how much money was expected to come in from developer impact fees this year and next year.
Will it be enough to repay the bonds?
