Again, McHenry County gets nothing, but 16th District Congressman Don Manzullo inserts $500,000 for the Mt. Morris water treatment plant.

Cal just what exactly qualifies a measure as “Pork”? I don’t understand what could possibly be seen as frivolous or unnecessary about sewage treatment plants and highway repairs.
