Crystal Lake’s Dairy Queen was closed for the winter.

Tonight when I went to pick up crickets at Birds & Beasts Pet Shop, I noticed it was open. It’s right next door.

Some folks walking out wondered why I was taking a picture of the store.

This is why.

Guess their outside sign must be timed for Daylight Savings Time. It won’t be needed at 7:30 at night next week.
