It said,

I asked McHenry County Health Department Administrator Pat McNulty to whom it was sent.

“They were sent to all the residents of the county,” he told me.

The cost?

“$26,000.”

The department started mailing them on Wednesday, although it was dated May 1st, the day that my hard drive was entering the dead zone.

I asked if there was any advice he would change and McNulty told me there wasn’t, that they were “trying to direct everybody to our web site.”
