Think anyone in Springfield is seeing such a light.

I figure the Democrats have figured out that they and a couple of wimpy Republicans are going to have to provide the 60 votes to pass an income tax hike in January now that House Republican Leader Tom Cross has told folks that he will not encourage GOP votes on the tax increase.
