Dave Bachmann’s “Dirty Keith vs. Dirty Harry” blog has been around since early September. He has received about 13,000 visitors since then.
A new blog entitled, “McHenry County Sheriff’s Department Exposed,” is now up and running.
It is a product of incumbent Keith Nygren’s Republican primary opponent’s campaign committee, Citizens for Zane Seipler.
Pretty basic format.

That’s how Democratic Party candidate for sheriff Mike Mahon and the Northwest Herald’s Chris Krug referred to incumbent Keith Nygren.
The blog’s article by that title reports mainly Illinois State Board of Election-reported out-of-state expenditures by Nygren’s campaign fund, but some evidence of out-of-state trips were discovered through Freedom of Information Act inquiries.
The author contends there is evidence of 13 out-of-state trips in 2008 and 2009.
Monday there was a list of highly paid deputies.
