Manzullo Has Abscess Drained

16th District Congressman Don Manzullo’s office reports that the U.S. Representative has undergone a minor surgical procedure in Washington today and expects to be released from Wednesday from the “unplanned surgery.” Recovery is expected within two weeks. The press release follows:

(WASHINGTON) – Congressman Don Manzullo (R-Egan) is resting comfortably following successful surgery this morning at the George Washington University Hospital in Washington, DC to drain an abscess.

Manzullo is expected to be released from the hospital tomorrow and make a full recovery following the unplanned surgery. Recovery time is about two weeks.

  1. Hey Manzullo – sorry to hear about the abscess – but how’s that government insurance health plan thingy workin out for ya? Is it taking good care of ya? I see you’re being taken good care of yet you deny the same for your constituents. Just stop and think about it for a minutes. What would you do if you had no health insurance and no job? Eh? Though I’m sure all your Republican buddies would throw you a dollar or two to help.

  2. Shame on you Healthcare . . . Don has worked for the people of his district . . . and tried to educate them. I send my best wishes and a speedy recovery.

    Those of us, and I do not have health insurance, want to have individual choice not government control . . . that is what it is all about. He chose his job and you chose yours . . . I would love to have his healthcare, but I would not want his job.

    Keep educating the public Congressman, we do not want to be dependent on Government when we should have a choice.
