Manzullo Launches New Website to Enhance
Communications with Northern Illinois Residents

[ROCKFORD]  Congressman Don Manzullo (R-Egan) has launched a new website to enhance communications with constituents and deliver news and information from the United Sta tes Congress to the people he represents in northern Illinois.

Northern Illinois residents can sign up and receive email updates through the Congressman’s website at http://manzullo.house.gov.

The new website also provides links to Manzullo’s social media pages – he is active on Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, and YouTube (Manzullo’s YouTube page has more than 1,113,000 views and is among the most-viewed Politician pages).

Manzullo’s website also provides readers with an expanded news section that features news releases as well as articles of interest, information about Illinois’ 16th congressional district with an interactive Google map, Manzullo’s positions on major issues, and legislation Manzullo has authored and co-sponsored in Congress.

In addition, the Helping You section provides assistance to the people of northern Illinois who are having problems cutting through the red tape of the federal bureaucracy. It also helps constituents order U.S. flags, sign up for tours in Washington, D.C. and apply for the military academies and internships.

“My new website will allow me to enhance my communications with the people of northern Illinois,”

Manzullo said. “The United States Congress is involved in many issues that will affect the lives of Americans for many years to come. I encourage everyone to visit my webpage, sign up for my email updates, and connect with me on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Flickr so we can communicate on the important policy debates before Congress.”

  1. Manzullo can have a new design for his website as much as he wants, it doesn’t change the fact that he always has been and always will be a wholly owned piece of corporate property. He views his “constituents” as the corporations who bankroll him, not the people who vote for him.
