Pimp Faces Four Years

The following press release has been received from the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office. The conviction is this case occurred in January.

JOSUE GOMEZ SENTENCED TO FOUR YEARS IN PRISON FOR JUVENILE PIMPING

Louis A. Bianchi, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announces that Josue Gomez of McHenry was sentenced today to four years in prison for the offense of Juvenile Pimping, a Class 1 Felony.

Following a three day trial in January, Josue Gomez was found guilty of arranging for a thirteen year old victim to engage in sexual activities with adult males on several occasions and then collecting monies paid to the victim.

The victim testified that she had sexual relations with one adult male but avoided having sex on three other occasions by crying and telling the other men her age.

One of the men called DCFS and reported the incident after learning the victim’s age. Gomez faced a potential range of 4 to 15 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for this offense.

The prosecution asked for a sentence of 10 years, while the defense asked for a sentence of probation.

Assistant State’s Attorneys Ryan Blackney and Michael Combs prosecuted the case on behalf of the State’s Attorney’s Office.

  1. Just the mention of Al Jourdan strikes fear in the hearts of fair and honest people.

    In my opinion he is the cause of many to many RINOs in the Republican Party that serve no pupose except to obey his rule, do his bidding, to further the worst agenda in this state.

    He should retire and resign from EVERYTHING he is envolved in. Then, pehaps we can elect honest people that would bring us back to what our founding fathers believed in.
