Message of the Day – Hammering

So, there I am on Route 14 waiting to make a left turn at the corner where I had my first job in Crystal Lake (stock and bag boy at National Tea) and I see these guys working. The one on the left sees my camera and let's his friend know.

Another aspect of changing Crystal Lake traffic lights to LEDs, which use less electricity, involved a jackhammer.

This one was at the intersection of Route 14 and McHenry Avenue.

The jackhammer guy took a look and went back to work.

A man on the jackhammer’s crew saw me taking the photo, told his colleague, who took a look and went back to work.
