Illinois Democrats got the U.S. Congress to name a post office near Wrigley Field. It was named after the late folk singer and Cubs fan Steve Goodman.
OK, so he was a really talented song writer.
And, he died too young.

The House resolution passed in April.
On Wednesday night it passed the U.S. Senate.
Who says Democrats don’t know how to govern?
Is this the change that Congresswoman Melissa Bean said was coming when Democrats got in control of the reins of government?
More people in the CBS News poll thought they were personally hurt (18%) than helped (13%) by the Barack Obama stimulus economic plan that Bean voted for.
