The Illinois Chamber of Commerce has released its latest legislative rankings and State Representative Jack Franks (D-Marengo) has come up with the lowest score.

45% is what McHenry County’s Democrat got.

Pretty liberal.

But Franks always has had support from unions.

The Republicans serving McHenry County did better.

Much better.

Senator Pam Althoff was at 100%

So was State Rep. Mark Beaubien.

State Senator Dan Duffy got 92%.

This year, State Rep. Mike Tryon receive 75%.
