Harvard Police Arrest Jr. High Burglar

It took the Harvard Police twenty days, but they have nabbed the guy they think broke into Harvard Junior High School. Looks like a former student. 18 years old now.

The department’s press release is below:

On 07-08-10 at 1638 hrs Harvard Police responded to Harvard Junior High School Located at 1301 N Garfield Rd. for a reported burglary.

It was reported a glass door was broken out. Additionally, two computer monitors, a computer key board, and a mirror were damaged inside the school.

On 07-28-10 at 1638 hrs, investigation resulted in the arrest of Thomas G. Harrison (male/18 years of age) of 1003 O’Brien St. Harvard on warrants for the offenses of Burglary and Criminal Damage to State Supported Property.

Bond was set on the warrant at $80,000. Harrison was unable to post the necessary bond and was subsequently transported to the McHenry County jail.
