Jeff Thirtyacre Disappears from Democratic Party Web Site

Jeff Thirtyacre

It appears backing Independent Scott Lee Cohen over Democratic Party nominee Pat Quinn for Governor has consequences.

The name of District 4 County Board candidate Jeff Thirtyacre has disappeared from the McHenry County Democratic Party’s web site page listing local candidates, even though the heading says,

“This is a list of candidates for county offices for the November general election.”

Thirtyacre endorses Cohen in mid-August.

The wheels of party discipline apparently turn slowly in McHenry County.

Party discipline in the suburbs.

  1. How did Jack get on the list. I thought he was an independent or even a republican. As far as I’ve ever heard Jeff has done far more for the Democrats than Jack has ever done. Jeff has put signs on his truck for the Democratic candidates. Jack Probably couldn’t even tell you who else is running as Democrat or what office they are running for.

I sure hope the Democrat’s who vote jump party lines and vote John O’Neill. I think the Dem ticket plus John will make a great package.

It’s a good thing they printed that score card how could you tell who’s who without it.

  2. This is a good example of how local Democrats as a practical matter are intolerant of others in spite of hollowing diversity to get votes to impose their intolerance on others.

  3. It’s not surprising that the Dems would wish to purge their ranks of somebody like Thirtyacre.

The guy is/was a goof, incapable of stringing together more than four or more words together to make a coherent statement.

When will they get smart and lose the moronic Mahon?

  4. The “Leadership” of the McHenry County Democratic Party is useless. You never see them hop online and go to war for their candidate.

When I so stupidly and out of ignorance ran as a Democrat (nothing wrong with Democrats, Im talking about the Dem Party leadership in McHenry County) it took me about one week to figure out there are problems.

This is true. The biggest concern the Dem party of McHenry County had was making sure “Parade Candy” wasn’t ‘thrown.!!”

I recall sending emails to party people about how much fun I had “Pitching” candy while walking in the Spring Grove parade. (For those who don’t know, baseball was my favorite sport as my team won a Crystal Lake Babe Ruth Championship. Yes I pitched!!)

Next thing I know, Im bombarded with emails and MEMOS from the “Party” about ‘Pitching’ candy!!! Then came the memo’s on parade ethics and the proper way to “Pass out the candy!”

Don’t blame Mike Mahon or Jeff Thirtycare for the idiots that are the McHenry County Dem Party…well, back when Tom Cynor and Kathy Bergen Shit were in power..

Mike Bissett is a pretty sharp guy…quietly will sneek up on his opponents with ideas like the Monopoly Game Board…

He is much like Patrick Ouimet was. Trying to fly like an Eagle when your working with a bunch of Turkeys! Unfortunately, men like Ouimet and Bissett end up throwing up their hands and take a back seat.

Although Im not a fan of Jack Franks, I suppose I should also be fair and say don’t blame him either for the Dem Party of McHenry County idiocies!

Imagine how I got along with the likes of this party!!! Wasnt a good marriage because I like to ‘Git R Done’ no time for worrying about how Im going to get the candy to the kids.

    Liberal Idiots!!

  5. So Bruised sorry to have hurt your feelings. Just can’t get over things can you. There are good therapists at the County clinic I’ve heard they do good work over there.

  6. It shouldn’t be long till the Dems drop McConville.

She was seen putting up signs for Cohen and Bean on Sunday morning.

  7. I respect the fact that so many of you post openly under your real name…that is really refreshing. It is sad that folks want to hit below the belt the people that put themselves out to the public for fair vetting. I admire anyone who is out there trying to make a difference, putting up a fair fight if they really believe in it… I don’t like the dirty ploys and hope I never find myself responsible for the commission of them. If anyone on my team was guilty of them then so am I….

  8. Just a minor correction: Jeff Thirtyacre asked to be removed from the party website and mailing list. We don’t purge members.

  9. That has no bearing on my previous statement, Mike…………….

  10. Jeffthorsen, I was not commenting on your post. Sorry if it seemed that way. I was refuting the implication present in the original story. Cal was careful not to assert that there was a purge, but the implication was there and it seems others may have accepted that interpretation.
