  1. The judge should recuse himself from any case involving these lawyers. That is why Sally Wiggins did not take money from the attorneys.

  2. Judges should not accept political contributions from attorneys who have, or might have, cases in their courts.

While a judge will say that he never considers such a donation when deciding a case, how can he not?

If judges do accept political contributions, they should go into a blind trust, and the judge should never learn who donated.

And donors should pledge not to reveal their donations.

  3. “And donors should pledge not to reveal their donations” – that would put a bent in all the transparancy laws.

  4. Any attorney, that were to lose a case with Judge Graham, against one of those listed above, seems to have a reason to appeal on that fact, alone.
    It’s disgusting!

    I hope Sally Wiggins wins.

  5. Congratulations on taking in so much money Judge Graham!

Since you have so much money, please send an email out immediately to your supporters and tell them to stop stealing Sally Wiggins Signs!

I know everybody likes the way her signs look and want these collector items.

However, as all candidates know they are expensive!

You have plenty of money, so your campaign doesn’t need to use the signs or wires.

However, your campaign is the only source that would benefit from the large amounts of signs being stolen, and I am sure as an officer of the court you would not authorize the theft of campaign signs.

It is not a game but theft.

Please send the email out ASAP as there have been way too many taken and where they have been taken from your signs sprout up magically all around it.

    That is just shameful.

  6. accepting or “taking” donations from anyone, much less attorneys that may appear before a judge is corrupt, wrong and goes against our judicial system – it may even be illegal

as teens would say or text Whiskey Tango Foxtrot

the voters of McHenry County recognize this enormous conflict of interest
the voters of McHenry County want fair and honest trials
how can that happen if the judge is being paid by the attorneys’ whose case the judge is hearing

vote for the candidate that has not accepted any money from McHenry Co attorneys

November 2nd will be the day McHenry courts become fair and honest

  7. “The law makes a promise—neutrality. If the promise gets broken, the law as we know it ceases to exist. All that’s left is the dictate of a tyrant, or perhaps a mob.”

    Supreme Court Justice Kennedy

  8. If all the law offices are backing this guy and his committee to extract endorsements from government agencies and departments back this guy who can appear before him?

What a scam, elect me to a higher position and a lot more pay where I am required by law to recuse myself from all trials.

So I get full pay and not do anything?

Did this guy got to a Obama training class somewhere?

  9. I have known Gordon Graham for more than thirty years.. I have no legal associations with him of any kind.. he is fair, honest, and ethical…. those of you who accuse him of unfair practices simply do not know the man!!!
