From the Crystal Lake Police Department:

Suspicious Person

On Thursday, October 28th, 2010 at approximately 7:00 am, an unidentified male subject was observed to be loitering in the area near Fountain Green and Westport Ridge.

When the complainant attempted to engage this subject in conversation the subject entered a blue older model van with rust on each side and left the area.
The suspicious subject was described as:

Male white, 20 to 30 years of age, 5’10” to 6’0”, 170 to 180 pounds wearing a light blue hooded sweatshirt, faded blue jeans and a light blue baseball cap.

This matter remains under investigation by the Crystal Lake Police Department.
