Joe Walsh is seen at the Johnsburg Parade this fall.

The first one was clouded by the close vote, so Congressman-Elect Joe Walsh has scheduled another celebration after the joint appearance with U.S. Senator-Elect Mark Kirk at Crystal Lake’s City Hall at 3 PM Saturday.
