A Reader Figures Out What the Grafton Township Follow-Up Court Order Says

Earlier McHenry County Blog presented the December 15, 2010, court order drawn up by Ancel Glink Partner Thomas DiCianni.

A relatively peaceful moment at the Feb. 11, 2010, Grafton Township meeting.

It tied up a couple of loose ends, but certainly not all, that resulted from the 37-page opinion earlier this month by Judge Michael Caldwell in Linda Moore’s separation of powers suit.

I left it to readers to interpret and one friend of McHenry County Blog figured out that it said the following:

This cause comes on for status.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED

1)  Court clarifies that any finding or order contained in the body of the Court’s Memorandum Opinion and Order (Opinion) of December 10, 2010, is in effect and binding on the parties, even if not contained in the “Finding” or “Order” sections of the Opinion, which on (sic) pages 34 to 36 of the Opinion.

2)  Court will determine if the preliminary injunction applies to the Ancel Glink law firm in entirety or only to Keri-Lynn (sic) Krafthefer, with defendant’s counsel’s representation that Ancel Glink will not continue to serve as Grafton Township attorney.

3)  Any injunction against the Ancel Glink firm or Keri-Lynn (sic) Krafthefer serving as Grafton Township attorney expires when plaintiff leaves office of Supervisor of Grafton Tp. (sic)

4)  Matter continued to January 21, 2011 at 9 a.m. for the parties to report on the status of implementation of all orders contained in the Opinion.
