Dems’ “Drive to 25” Ads Pick Walsh as One of Two Illinois Targets

The Democrats need to pick up 25 seats to regain control of Congress in 2012, and, out of the five newly-elected Republicans in the state, two have had targets painted on their backs.

According to the Daily Herald, they are Joe Walsh and Robert Dold. The two hold adjacent seats in northeastern Illinois.

Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee are paying for the ads.

  1. It is about time the DCCC paid attention to Lake & McHenry Counties!

  2. Wasn’t someone from the DCCC helping Melissa Bean’s campaign take down Joe Walsh signs? Whatever happened to this police investigation or was the fix in before it ever began?
