Both freshmen Congressmen Joe Walsh and Randy Hultgren live in the 14th Congressional District. It is possible they will face off in next year’s Republican primary election. This press release from the Club for Growth PAC indicates on political action committee has come down on Walsh’s side:

Washington, DC – The Club for Growth PAC announced today that if the current congressional district lines as drawn by the Democrats in Illinois survive a court challenge, then it will enthusiastically support Congressman Joe Walsh (R-IL-08) in the new 14th Congressional District of Illinois.
The Club for Growth's endorsement of Joe Walsh has been given, but its web site has not been updated to reflect it. Walsh is apparently the first House member to gain the political action committee's support.
“In less than a year, Congressman Walsh has distinguished himself as a pro-growth leader,” said Club for Growth President Chris Chocola.
“We have no doubt that Congressman Walsh will continue to be a fighter for free markets and economic growth in Congress. If the district lines in Illinois as passed by the Democrats end up being upheld, then Club for Growth PAC will enthusiastically support Congressman Walsh for re-election in the 14th Congressional District.”

Seems he is able to accumulate about $100,000 a month from influence peddlers to date and still manage to fleece the taxpayers for his multiple flights back and forth so he can campaign. He should get a corporate jet so he can take the tax deduction, then he wouldn’t have to relate to people on commercial aircraft
