Cary School Teachers Don’t Strike
Wednesday was the first day of school and teachers were not striking.
They were asking for more negotiations.

Maybe there will be a meeting next week.
Seems to me they’ve been negotiating for months now. I guess the taste for strikes has at least temporarily gone sour.
I think of strikes as planned disruptions that affect the students and the parents. I don’t think of them as representing common sense or reality with regard to finances.
