A Note from Congressman Randy Hultgren

Dear friends,

So often politicians use clever sound bites, pander to segmented audiences or, worse, blame others for the problems we face as a nation. I believe Americans have tired of these tactics. In order to turn our country around, we need to send responsible, conservative leaders to Washington who can get things done.

During my first 10 months in Washington, I’ve held true to the promises I made last fall. I’ve been an outspoken advocate for fiscal responsibility and have fought hard to reduce the size of the federal government and its burdensome, job-crushing regulations.

Call to Action

Campaign season is upon us and petitions are needed to secure my spot on the ballot for re-election to Congress in the 14th District of Illinois. We need volunteers to join our team to gather signatures. Whether you collect 25 or 250, your assistance will be critical to accomplishing our mission of reaching 2500 petition signers by November 15th.

Volunteers of the Month

I like to recognize two stellar volunteers. Susan Dixon and Joan Zaleski have been with our campaign team from the very beginning. They have walked door to door, made phone calls, organized parades and much more. Susan and Joan have been the heart and soul of our grassroots volunteer efforts. I hope you all get a chance to meet Susan and Joan; they certainly won’t be shy about putting you to work!
