Fifteen People and a Dog Rally for Occupy McHenry County at Walmart

What a marvelously honest press release you see below from Occupy McHenry County:

Weekly Occupy McHenry County Rallys will Continue

Woodstock—Fifteen people and one dog attended the first Occupy McHenry County rally and vigil on Saturday, November 13, according to organizer Ann Legg.

Vigils will be held every Saturday from 1-2 PM on Lake Avenue in Woodstock in front of Wal-Mart.

“We were encouraged by many honks and thumbs up as people drove by on the busy road,” said Legg. “Hopefully our number will grow.”

Participants are invited to bring a sign.

There is plenty of parking available in near-by lots.

  1. These Occupy people would be much more effective if they had a consistent marketing message and elevator pitch that goes along with their rally notices and rallies.

  2. The only way we can begin healing and moving forward is if we all band together to shield those in power AND NOBODY ELSE from the consequences of their wrongdoing.
