Chief Bob Bradbury is the Marengo Fire Chief. He also is currently “Chief” of another taxing body Marengo Rescue Squad. He was named their Chief when the former Rescue District Chief was underfire for some issues. They act as one in the same, but still are seperate I believe.
I’m definitely voting for Shawn Green for County Board District 6. Now I can tell you two people I definitely WILL NOT vote for: Corey Brackmann and Michelle Aavang. How can candidates in a Republican primary race donate to Jack Franks?! Maybe they hope he’ll reciprocate? I’ve got news for you Corey and Michelle- you will get crushed by Green, Diane Evertsen, and other real Republicans, and Franks’ deep pockets wont help you!
Jim Bishop? The same Jim Bishop that you just wrote about supporting Joe Walsh? Is this the guy who hates progressives? Who calls liberals “progressives” except other liberals and the Main Stream Media types… Just asking.

Yeah Franks is owned by the teacher unions; but even with that he generally votes more conservative on issues than most Republicans — including the leadership.
