Missing my attention until a re-write of it was posted by the Northwest Herald and discovered by a Friend of McHenry County Blog was the January 13th press release below from the Aurora Police Department.

In the sting a State Policeman dressed as a woman assisted. The McHenry County angle is the prostitution arrest of Li Xia Sun, 47, of the 0-99 block of Deer Creek Ct., Lake in the Hills.

  1. Could you clean up or clarify, Cal?

“In the sting a State Policeman dressed as a woman assisted ” doesn’t make any sense when one reads the entire article.

No mention is made of policeman in drag but there was mention made of one male arrested who was posing as a woman.

  2. Kind of sounds exactly like what Former Deputy Scott Milliman described he witnessed when he stated in his published deposition the following? (Portions of this ‘sealed’ depostion was printed by the NW Herald)

Deputy Milliman stated that one of the Law Enforcement officers within a group of officers/agents he had met with one evening, was a male officer dressed as a female.

(Those in law enforcement know this would certainly be plausible scenario. However, if ‘twisted’ and published just right, civilians could be lead to believe this can only be a vision of an ‘ill’ person, thus not credible.)

Of course, the NW Herald also used this TRUE statement by Milliman, against him as they attempted to paint the former Deputy as “Crazy” due to the fact that he had been treated for a brain cancer some six or more years prior.

“Again,” thing’s don’t look so ‘Crazy’ anymore now do they citizens?

More to come on this front and others…..Just keep watching!

  3. Snicker you make a valid point based on the particular story Cal is relating to.

This being said, often times, the press is not always told the entire ‘set up’ of the sting just for a story for obvious reasons.

For instance, when an informant is on the job he/she is also arrested and for the security of said informant, all appearances inclusive of what the press is told, are just that, ‘appearances.’ Once back at the police station, the ‘assistant’ comes in the front door and is released right out the back door.

“Vice” is still alive and well……If you aren’t sure if this is true, pick on some ‘lady’ sitting alone on a park bench in a secluded area of the park and see what ‘she’ might do to you. (Im not suggesting you do this….obviously a point is being made.)

The point to my comment is that thing’s aren’t always as they appear, often times even hard to believe. And yes, in support of Deputy Milliman.

    Thank you.

  4. The job title ‘police officer’ is the term used for the past 25 years for law enforcement by advertising and media.

It does not degrade women in law enforcement, unless the intent of using “women policeman’ is to degrade women.

It eliminates the need to call someone a “female” police officer.
