McSweeney Receives Tax Accountability Endorsement
Barrington Hills: David McSweeney, candidate for State Representative in the 52nd District, has received the endorsement of the Tax Accountability organization.
Tax Accountability is affiliated with the Taxpayers United of America and has been a taxpayer watch dog in Illinois for 35 years.

“In recognition of your exceptional desire to fight taxes and support economic growth, Tax Accountability endorses you for the March 20, 2012 primary,” said Tobin.

“Jim Tobin has fought the good fight for many years and the endorsement of his organization is invaluable. I am opposed to additional taxes and would work to repeal the 67% tax increase recently imposed.
“I am also an advocate for property tax relief and I support a greater role for the voters on these tax issues through referendum,” said McSweeney.
McSweeney’s just a rich guy, country-club sort of Republican …. he blew alot of (his own) money when he ran against Bean. He really wimped out on immigration issues then … and I assume he’s the same old thing today.
In many ways he’s alot like Romney …. just a flip-flopper, who thinks it would be nice to hold elective office.
he says he’s a “conservative” ….yet he’s clueless as to what intends to conserve ……. and in Illinois,
the most-corrupt state of the union, he’s the sort of blue-stocking namby-pamby who’ll just take up space. ……..I ran across one of his paid petition signature hacks (who was from Rockford) at the Barrington Train station last year ….When I asked what McS stood for … all I got was a blank stare.
I hope Tobin gets some cash outa him.
OMR: This endorsement only undermines Tobin’s credibility further.
Gotta wonder why Tobin’s even sticking his nose in this.
Maybe trying for a real job if The Sweenster gets elected by some slim chance.
