Diane Evertsen Sets Three Meet & Greets – Marengo, Hebron & Harvard — 2 Comments

  1. Diane Evertsen is an exceptional public servant.

She has spent an unbelievable amount of time assisting some 3,000 McHenry County residents, non of whom are in her district.

It’s a complicated issue that involves the townships and how those who have the misfortune of living on a non-dedicated road in the unincorporated areas get screwed by the townships by not receiving ANY of the township road and bridge tax for the roads that go by their home.

A tax that they pay, half of it intended for the roads that go by their homes, because the roads are not up to township standards which are set by the County.

The point is: Diane has spent a lot of time with us, simply because it is right, while it affects her area not at all.

She’s a good woman and deserves everyone’s support.

    Ned Neumann, McHenry

  2. “Diane Evertsen is an exceptional public servant.”

Nope . . . Diane Evertsen is a supporter and pal of Linda Moore. Enough said.
