Every once in a while I check out recent campaign contributions to the three candidates in the 52nd State Rep. race.
Today, I found the following contributions to State Rep. Kent Gaffney from the Health Care Council of Illinois, all reported on February 8th:

- $5,000 – Phone Project, Cherry Communications, Tallahassee, FL
Reported on February 15th was the following in-kind contributions:
- $2,438.90 – Edward Rim, Manufacturers of Dental Equipment, Lake Barrington, Signs, ADLEXX, Springfield
During the same time period Dave McSweeney picked up the following:
- $5,000 – Jean D. Forsythe, Barrington
- $1,000 – Michael W. Odonnell, Chicago
- $1,000 – Invenergy LLC, Chicago
- $1,000 – Norman R. Bobins, Chairman, Norman Bobins Consulting LLC, Chicago
Danielle Rowe received no additional contributions of over $1,000.
