Alger is a candidate for the McHenry County Board in District 3, which runs pretty much from Crystal Lake Avenue into the southern part of the City of McHenry.
Huntley's Matt McNamara will be accompanying Newt and Callista Gingrich to McHenry County. Here McNamara is seen in Rome, Georgia.
Wow- pretty gutsy including Calista on the invite. Chances are Newt will have a new wife before then.
I’m going to go, though- I bet Newt’s got an inspiring message about the sanctity of marriage.
He’s always SO inspiring speaking on that topic.
To paraphrase what many say about Ron Paul, I like Newt and Mary other than their foreign policy.
Of course, foreign policy plays little role in county board actions.
I’d vote for Mary if I was in her district, can’t say the same for Newt.
