Here are the results from the Rockford Register-Star showing Congressman Adam Kinzinger has defeated Congress Don Manzullo:
With almost all precincts in the 16th District having reported incumbent 16th District Congressman Don Manzullo has been put out to pasture by Adam KIinzinger and his SuperPAC supporters.
Also a victory for Illinois Democrats who drew the new Congressional maps to elect more Democrats.
WOW! Didn’t see that coming.
