New McHenry County Assistant State’s Attorney

BRANDY QUANCE BRINGS A DECADE OF EXPERIENCE FROM THE MCHENRY COUNTY LEGAL COMMUNITY TO THE STATE’S ATTORNEY’S OFFICE

Louis A. Bianchi, McHenry County State’s Attorney, is pleased to announce that Brandy S. Quance has joined the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office as an assistant state’s attorney in the Civil Division effective May 7, 2012.

Ms. Quance joins the State’s Attorney’s Office from Franz & Quance, LLC, where she was a partner at the Crystal Lake law firm.

Previously, she had been employed as an attorney at Hinshaw & Culbertson, LLP.

Throughout her legal career, Ms. Quance has represented businesses in a wide range of matters including commercial transactions, negotiations and contracts.

She has represented clients in the sale and purchase of both commercial and residential real estate and has been involved in all stages of real estate development from planning through zoning and development.

She has worked with county and municipal governments, engineers, architects and contractors.

Ms. Quance received her Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2001.

Previously, she received her MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Stuart School of Business and her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
