Three Judges Need 60% Vote to Remain on Bench

Three McHenry County Circuit Court Judges are on the ballot for retention.
They run unopposed on what is called a “retention” ballot.
If they receive 60% of the vote, they get another six years.
If they don’t, they are off the bench.
