Mike Tryon’s Arguments against the Referendum to Impose a County Executive Form of Government

It’s a bit over 3 minutes of State Rep. and former McHenry County Board Chairman Mike Tryon’s arguments Wednesday night in opposition State Rep. Jack Franks’ referendum to concentrate power in one person, a County Executive.

Even being spliced together, it flows except at one point.

That’s when Tryon talks about the lack of transparency on the part of anonymous allies of Jack Franks who allegedly paid for the “Vote Yes” signs.
