If my rusty German is correct, this tee shirt says, “Think you can stop peace?” If I am incorrect, I am sure someone will provide the correct translation.
I’ve made my guess as to what “Zauber kann den Frieden erhalten” means.

it actually translates to magic can keep the peace or only by magic, can peace be kept
