I found this T-Shirt in Springfield a couple of years ago.
“How can I think outside the box when they won’t even let me out of it?”
The box policy-makers in Springfield have been in for decades is that
“We can vote for the pension increase or to divert pension payments to current State Aid to Education, because we won’t be here when the bill comes due.”
