Duffy Sworn in for 98th General Assembly

SPRINGFIELD- After being sworn in as 26th District State Senator for the 98th General Assembly Dan Duffy (R-Lake Barrington) released the following statement:

“The 98th General Assembly is a fresh start in the Senate and an excellent opportunity for us to get serious about the many issues facing the State of Illinois.

“Getting our budget under control and passing meaningful pension reform have to be priorities.

“We also need to address the wasteful boards and commissions and restore common sense to the Illinois General Assembly.

“We need bold solutions to get this state on track.”
