Newcomer Ronda Goldman led the Huntley Trustee race Tuesday.
The results without the early and absentee ballots having been added follow:
- Ronda Goldman – 1,366
- John Piwko – 1,300
- JR Westberg – 1,270
- Jay Kadakia -1,189
Huntley Trustee candidates JR Westberg, John Piwko and Ronda Goldman carried the McHenry County part of Huntley.
In Kane County, Ronda Goldman, Jay Kadakia and John Piwko won the most votes.
I would like to thank everyone who voted for me. It is a vote of confidence that my goals resonated with the voters. I appreciate the votes from the residents in Huntley(McHenry side)as well as the support from the voters in Sun City(Kane side). I would like to congratulate John Piwko ,JR Westberg , and Jay Kadakia for their efforts and for being worthy opponents. None of us did negative campaigning and we treated each other with respect. I love Huntley and I look forward to serving the residents.
