From the following, I conclude that McHenry County College’s enrollment is down a bit from this time last year:

I wonder if the decline in numbers for the fall of 2013 has more to do with construction of the parking lots, limited parking, confusion over where to park, inability to park by buildings at various times, etc.?
Perhaps the job market has improved a bit and people don’t feel as much pressure to retrain into a different career area?
I wonder if overall enrollment at comparable schools such as Harper and Oakton has also declined for this fall?
Or how about they simply don’t have the money to pay for the overprice classes

Classes start sometime soon and I was wondering how their enrollment was going for the fall 2013.
