Concrete Poured for Start of Algonquin Bypass North Entrance

The Algonquin Bypass has become concrete in people's eyes brave enough to take Route 31 south into Algonquin.

The earth has been moved and reshaped along the right-of-way of the Algonquin Bypass.

This past weekend I notice the pouring of concrete has begun.

It looks a lot smoother than the new concrete laid on the new northbound lane of Route 31, which has to be the worst concrete road on which I have ever driven.

The only competition is the eastbound land of Route 176 going into Route 31.

  1. Hi cal just want to inform you that the concrete you call the worst you have ever driven on is a temperary concrete road that was needed to pour to make the road wide enough for two directions of traffic. Once the new road is poured and they are able to keep two lanes of traffic flowing freely, you will then see that concrete removed
