Two Harvard Teens Cited for Displaying Street Gang Emblems at High School

The following were found in the Harvard Police Department’s weekly report:

  • On 08-28-13 at 0900 hrs, a Harvard Youth (m-15 yoa) was issued a notice to appear in court after an Officer had contact with him on school property displaying gang emblems in public. The Youth was issued a citation for unlawful street gang conduct and released to a parent with a court date of 10-07-13 at 1330 hrs.
  • On 08-30-13 at 1200 hrs. a Harvard Youth (m-17 yoa) was issued a notice to appear in court after an Officer had contact with the Youth at the Harvard High School for displaying gang emblems in public. The Youth was issued a citation for unlawful street gang conduct and released to a parent with a court date of 10-07-13 at 1330 hrs.

  2. You are right Dave. When Nygren was running for Sheriff the last time, he was asked a question on what he thought the largest problem was for the County, he said “traffic”. Someone then should of asked him what kind of traffic?
