Since discovering the gas-fired electric generating plant proposed for Oakwood Hills, I have been wondering who might be affected by the two proposed 1,380-foot wells which would each draw 1,100 gallons a minute out of the earth.
So far, the answer is
The nearby Prairie Grove School would not, however.
The location proposed for the Oakwood Hills peaker plant.
That’s because its well is only 240 feet deep.
