After being previously approved by the McHenry County Board’s Legislative and intergovernmental Affairs Committee, the Finance Committee voted 4-3 to agree to keep the same lobbying firm for a second year.

Let me get this right, Provenzano votes against the raise for the Clerk so he can have a press release to tout his selflessness to ignorant voters (to the tune of $4,000…yippee) but then votes in favor of spending $82,000 on a DC Lobbyist who will be paid to lobby Congressman Hultgren, for whom Provenzano works for as a federal employee AND on his campaign staff?
