McHenry County Board of Review Chairman Clifton A. Houghton and regular members Mark A. Ruda and Sharon L. Bagby will not be getting a raise this year.
It had been recommended that the salaries of the Board of Review be increased by 2.75% and adjusted as follows:
- the Chairman to be $32,547.94
- two regular members to be $31,611.32 each
The raises would have become effective on December 1, 2013, the beginning of the county’s fiscal year.
The vote to keep salaries as they are was 4-3.
