Chief Deputy Treasurer Glenda Miller is running against Crystal Lake City Councilman Jeff Thorsen.
Miller reported having $22,175.65 at the end of the last quarter.
Of her receipts of $25,745.13, $23,595.13 was recorded as a loan from the candidate.
Most the $3,627.83 she spent was devoted to palm cards and stickers.

Thorsen reported having $1,551 available at the end of September.
No contribution were reported during the three-month period.
He spend $749 during the quarter.
Going back to the year 2000, Thorsen reports loaning his campaign fund $2,975.
