Araceli Alvarez Named Co-Vice President of Victim Assitants Associaton

MCHENRY COUNTY VICTIM WITNESS COORDINATOR ARACELI ALVAREZ ACCEPTS CO-VICE PRESIDENT NOMINATION

From October 16, 2013 through October 18, 2013, Victim Witness Coordinators, Araceli (Celi) Alvarez and Margaret Cooney, attended the annual conference of the Illinois Prosecutor-based Victim Assistants Association.

Approximately 85 Illinois counties are members of the statewide organization and send representatives to its annual meeting for training.

McHenry County State’s Attorney Louis A. Bianchi is proud to announce that at this latest annual meeting, Araceli Alvarez was nominated for, and accepted, the position of co-vice president.

The McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office strives to hire and retain the most professional and effective attorneys and staff, and Celi’s appointment as co-vice president of this prestigious organization is an example of this effort.
